Dubai has unveiled its first freehold residential and commercial project on Sheikh Zayed Road with the launch of AA Tower. This 60-story skyscraper will offer 369 residential units, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with 26 office spaces and 5 retail outlets. Prices for apartments range from Dh2.932 million to Dh5.4 million, with a payment plan starting at a 28% down payment followed by 12 quarterly installments of 6%.
The project follows the Dubai Land Department’s decision to permit freehold ownership in key areas, including Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Jaddaf. This move is expected to boost property values and attract a diverse range of investors to one of Dubai’s most prominent corridors.
